Entity DSC
Issued to an authorized partner, for your firm's GST, Income Tax and other statutory filings.
A traditional (unregistered or registered) partnership firm isn't the same as an LLP, it doesn't have LLP's separate legal identity or MCA registration. The DSC is issued to one of the partners as an Individual DSC, used on the firm's behalf for filings, similar to how a proprietor uses theirs.
We issue Individual DSCs for authorized partners, used across your firm's GST and Income Tax filings.
Only the partner(s) actually signing filings need one, not necessarily every partner in the firm.
No, LLP DSCs are Organization-category since LLPs are separate legal entities, a traditional partnership firm's DSC is Individual-category, issued to the signing partner.
