DSC isn't needed for basic GeM sign-up, but it is required for e-signing and bid submission. Here's how to register it.
Basic seller or buyer sign-up on GeM doesn't require a DSC. You'll need one once you move to e-signing documents, accepting orders, or submitting bids, at which point a Class 3 Signing DSC (or Combo, for bidding) becomes necessary.
