This business didn't start as a DSC company. Our roots are in Shree Incorporation, an import-export consultancy run by my father. Back between 2015 and 2020, Digital Signature Certificates were still a paper-heavy process, physical documents, courier delays, and a fair amount of technical back-and-forth that most business owners simply didn't have time for. My father wanted to offer DSC support to his own consultancy clients, but the technical side wasn't where his strengths were.

So I took it on. What started as helping a handful of my father's existing clients get their certificates sorted gradually turned into something I got genuinely good at, configuring tokens, troubleshooting driver issues, walking people through portal errors that had nothing to do with us but that we solved anyway because a stuck client is a frustrated client. Word of mouth did the rest. Over time, the volume grew enough that we became official Channel Partners with eMudhra and Capricorn CA, and later added vSign and SpeedSign.

What we noticed, again and again, is that people don't just want a certificate, they want someone who actually knows what they're doing, who can turn it around fast, and who'll configure it on their system so it works the first time instead of becoming their problem to solve. That's the gap we've spent over a decade closing.

Today, more than 10 years and 5,000+ DSCs later, we're still run the same way: directly, personally, and by people who understand the technical side well enough to fix it when something goes wrong, not just sell you a certificate and disappear.
