Yes. Digital signatures created using a Class 3 DSC are legally recognized under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the same law that governs electronic records and signatures in India. Certificates are issued only by Certifying Authorities licensed by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), which is why a DSC carries the same legal weight as a physical signature for the filings it's used on.
