These Terms & Conditions govern your use of dscdigitalsignature.in and any Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), USB token, or related service you obtain through us. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

DSC Digital Signature Certificate is an authorized Registration Authority (RA) for eMudhra, Capricorn CA, vSign and SpeedSign, facilitating the issuance of Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates under the Information Technology Act, 2000, as regulated by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA). We are based at Unit 524, Neelkanth, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Nityanand Nagar, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400086.

2. Services offered

We facilitate applications for Individual, Organization, Government, Foreign, DGFT, and Document Signer Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates, USB crypto tokens, and DSC renewals, acting as an intermediary between you and the relevant Certifying Authority.

3. Certificate issuance is subject to CA approval

While we assist with your application and identity verification, the actual issuance of a Digital Signature Certificate is performed by the relevant Certifying Authority (eMudhra, Capricorn CA, vSign or SpeedSign), not by us. Issuance is subject to that Certifying Authority's own verification process and approval. We do not guarantee issuance if your documents or verification do not meet the Certifying Authority's or the CCA's requirements.

4. Eligibility and accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete identity and business information. Providing false or misleading information to obtain a DSC may constitute an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and we reserve the right to refuse or halt an application where we suspect inaccurate or fraudulent information.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on this website, including on our pricing calculator, are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of your enquiry, certain Certifying Authority rates, token prices, and support fees may be updated from time to time. We do not process online card payments through this website; payment is arranged directly with our team via the mode we confirm with you (such as UPI or bank transfer) before your application proceeds.

6. Delivery

USB token delivery timelines stated on this website (such as 2-3 working days within Maharashtra, or 4-7 working days elsewhere in India) are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, incomplete address information, or circumstances outside our control. Urgent courier bookings you make yourself via Borzo, Porter or Uber are a separate arrangement between you and that courier provider.

7. Token warranty and use

USB crypto tokens carry the respective manufacturer's warranty terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your token and its PIN, we are not liable for unauthorized use of your DSC resulting from loss, theft, or disclosure of your token or PIN. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how defective tokens are handled.

8. Your responsibilities as a certificate holder

• Use your Digital Signature Certificate only for lawful purposes and within the scope it was issued for.
• Keep your token and PIN confidential and secure.
• Notify us and the issuing Certifying Authority promptly if you suspect your certificate or token has been compromised.
• Renew your certificate before expiry if you wish to continue using it without interruption.

9. Limitation of liability

We facilitate your application in good faith but are not liable for delays, refusals, or issues arising from the Certifying Authority's own processes, courier delays, incorrect information you provide, or misuse of your certificate or token after delivery. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

10. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of dscdigitalsignature.in belong to DSC Digital Signature Certificate, except where otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse our website content for commercial purposes without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
