A lost token is a security risk, here's what to do right away, and how to get back to working.
A lost or stolen token containing an active DSC could potentially be misused by whoever finds it, since the private key lives on the physical hardware. Don't wait to see if it turns up, request revocation as soon as you realize it's missing.
Request immediate revocation of the certificate on the lost token, this is the single most important step.
Ask for confirmation that the certificate is now revoked and unusable, not just "in process".
Since the old certificate can't be reactivated, you'll need a new one issued, typically on a new token.
