MCA Guide
A renewed or replaced DSC needs to be re-associated on MCA, your old registration doesn't carry over automatically.
The update process uses the same Associate DSC flow, replacing your previous certificate.
Use your existing credentials to access your dashboard.
Select Update DSC, or Associate DSC if no update-specific option is shown for your role.
Depending on your role, select Update DSC for Business User, Director, or Professional as applicable.
Plug in your renewed or replacement token, choose the new DSC from the list, and click Update.
Enter your token PIN to authorize, your new certificate replaces the old one immediately.
Don't wait until your next filing deadline to update your DSC. If your certificate has expired and you attempt to sign an urgent e-form, you'll need to complete this update first, adding delay right when you can least afford it.
Once your renewed certificate is in hand, updating it on MCA takes a few minutes. We're happy to guide you through it if you get stuck.
As soon as possible, ideally before your next filing is due, rather than waiting until you actually need to sign something.

Yes, if your renewal came with a new physical token, simply select the new certificate during the update process.
