A Class 3 DSC on a USB token (Class 2 is no longer accepted for any MCA activity), the token's drivers installed, your MCA login credentials, your PAN, and for directors, your DIN. Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, the recommended browsers for the V3 portal.
The process differs slightly depending on your role, director, professional, or company representative, but the core flow is the same.
Go to mca.gov.in and log in with your registered credentials, or register first if you don't have an account, choosing your role, Director, Professional, or Business User.
From your dashboard, navigate to MCA Services, then select DSC Services, then Associate DSC.
Plug in your DSC token and make sure it's detected by your system before continuing.
Choose your DSC from the list the portal detects, and enter your token PIN to authorize it.
Once verified, your DSC is linked to your MCA account and ready to sign e-forms like SPICe+, AOC-4, MGT-7 and DIR-3 KYC.
Log in to MCA V3, go to MCA Services > DSC Services > View Associated DSC, and enter your DIN, PAN or membership number. This shows your current DSC status without needing to re-register.
