Token not detected	Install or reinstall the official Bit4id driver matching your operating system, then reconnect the token.
Middleware/utility not running	Bit4id tokens typically need their management software running for detection, check it's active in your system tray.
Certificate not visible in browser	Fully restart your browser after any driver installation or update.
PIN not accepted	Verify you're entering the correct PIN, stop after 1-2 wrong attempts to avoid a permanent token lock.
