Common ePass (ePass2003 and similar) token issues, and how to resolve each.

| Token not detected | Install or reinstall the official ePass driver for your specific model, then reconnect the token. |
| Driver installation fails | Ensure you're running the installer as Administrator, and that no older/conflicting driver version is still installed. |
| Certificate not showing in browser | Restart your browser completely after driver installation, a page refresh alone often isn't enough. |
| Token PIN not accepted | Confirm you're entering the correct PIN, repeated wrong attempts can lock the token, stop and verify before retrying. |
